Observation: The ice scoop in the front end customer service area is stored on the roof of the ice machine. The scoop must be protected from contamination and the cleanliness of the roof of the machine is not always controlled.
Pizza slices are displayed uncovered on top of the refrigeration display cases in direct line with potential coughs and sneezes from customers.
Corrective Action(s): Store the ice scoop in a washable container. Store the pizza slices covered and protected from potential contamination.

Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C.
Dishwasher final rinse sanitizer residual measures 100 ppm Cl.. Spray sanitizers measure 200 ppm Cl and 200 ppm Q. Two compartment sink sanitizer measures 200 ppm Q at the dispenser.
