Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food contact surface sanitizer was prepared at the start of the inspection. Staff made a bleach solution in a spray bottle during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is available at all times for use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash sink in the kitchen next to the dishwasher was obstructed with a bucket and garbage bin. Staff immediately removed the obstruction upon request.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash sinks are clear from any obstruction to allow foodhandlers to wash their hands adequately

1) Raw meat stored above ready to eat foods. Staff immediately relocated item to a safer location below the ready to eat items
2) Tray of chick pea curry was left uncovered. Staff covered the items
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food items are stored in a manner to avoid contamination.

- Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
- All coolers are at or below 4C. (One prep cooler not turned on and used for prepping only - no food stored in the unit)
- Freezers are below -18C
- 3 compartment sink is available. Dishwasher is currently being serviced
- Dry storage is good
- Ensure to contact pest company for evaluation
