Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Observed excellent hand hygiene practice from staffs. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Hot holding (soup, etc.) measured >60C. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs (spray bottle, pail, dispenser). In-use utensils stored in sanitary condition. 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Manager with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent certificate is on site.
