Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine residual detected in the bar glasswasher during use. The sanitizer pump appears to be broken.
Corrective Action(s): Wash all glassware in the dishwashing machine (in the kitchen) until the glasswasher can be serviced/repaired.

2) Sanitizer pump for the bar glasswasher is not functioning. No chlorine sanitizer residual detected in wash basin.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Discontinue use of the sandwich cooler until it has been serviced/repaired and able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less
2) Discontinue use of the glasswasher until it has been serviced/repaired by a repair technician. Glasswasher must provide at least 50ppm chlorine residual to sanitize effectively.
