No signs of pest activity at time of inspection Cooler at 4C with thermometer, Freezer at -18C Bleach on-site General cleanliness of facility and equipment is good. Cupboards, shelves, etc. are organized Premises is well lit Dishwasher tested at 71C at plate surface during rinse cycle Hand washing sink is equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water Reminder: FoodSAFE level 1 has now expired if taken prior to July 29, 2013.
