Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The soap dispenser at the hand washing station is not mounted on the wall. The soap dispenser is left in the sink, obstructing use of the hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): Mount the soap dispenser or provide an alternative source of liquid soap. Hand washing stations must be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Date to be corrected by: Immediately
