Operator has provided Application for Health Approval Food Safety Plan Adjustments have been made to submitted food safety plan - products picked up by operator must be transported in plug- in coolers - corrective actions added for food products if freezer malfunctions or if food is above 4C - temperature of foods must be checked upon delivery ; if temperature is above -18 C, shipment is to be rejected. - store must be staffed during working hours; security cameras are not sufficient - food must be from approved sources and labelled. Personal food has been removed. Health approval granted to operate. This does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agencies.
