Introduction

An unscheduled inspection was conducted as a follow up to routine inspection #KTOR-BZ9T8Q to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSOP). Areas of non-compliance identified at the last routine inspection were inspected for compliance.

At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. The following was discussed with the Licensee: - Children’s records - Supervision practices - Outdoor play area and rose bush maintenance/inaccessibility The inspection report was written off-site due to COVID-19 protocol.
