Comments

-Kitchen is used mainly for the child care facility. Kitchen is used by the church on Sunday. -Upright cooler was at 4C. -Chest freezer was at -24C. -Foods were cooked to greater than 74C. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm. -Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
