- All hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 200 ppm - good
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- All coolers were at 4C or colder
- Freezers were at -18C or colder
- Hot held items were above 60C at time of inspection. Reminder that time-tracking system (2-hour limit) must be in use if food items are held at under 60C in hot holding unit.
- Most food items were stored covered
- General sanitation satisfactory - more attention needed for cooler doors/handles and other high-touch surfaces.
- Mop sink/garbage area satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
