All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Ensure that temperature logs are being maintained daily for all fridges.
All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder.
Dishwasher final rinse contained a 100 PPM Chlorine residual at the plate. Ensure that it is being monitored daily with the test strips.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
