Observation: Vegetable spiralizer was still found to have food debris on the handle piece used to secure foods.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use. Soak equipment to loosen dried food debris prior to washing. Spiralizer was soaked and washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to March 06, 2020.
-Upright cooler has been serviced. Thermostat was replaced and refrigerator ranged from 2C to 4C. Continue to monitor and service as needed.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods were not as tightly packed, allowing for cold air to cool foods properly. Chicken made the previous night was at 3C.
-Did not observe cold or hot potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Utensils and equipment were stored in a sanitary manner - did not find equipment handing from drain pipes.
-Did not observe single use items being washed for reuse.
*Ensure all staff are continually reminded to practice good hand hygiene practices at all times. Staff are not to use the handwash station to wash equipment - post a sign to remind staff the handwash station is only for handwahsing.
