Observation: Observed rodent droppings in the corner of the dishwashing area. Unable to confirm if infestation is active.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to wet the droppings with bleach water. Then, clean and sanitize the area. Regular cleaning and monitoring is required to confirm if there is infestation.

Observation: Observed holes in the wall under the three compartment sink where the pipes are going into the drywall. These holes make create areas for pests to harbour.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to cover/repair the holes and remove any holes.

Overall sanitation is satisfactory
Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available
Bleach available on site for sanitization. Education provided on how to make adequate chlorine sanitizer
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 76.5 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
Stand up freezer was being defrosted and cleaned out at the time of inspection. All items in the freezer or taken out of the freezer was frozen solid.
Two door cooler at 4 C or lower; no hot holding unit on site
Dry storage room organized
*Kitchen was actively in use for seniors (every Wednesday)*
