Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inventory of light tubes stored on top shelf above dry food goods and sanitized dishware.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate light tubes away from food and food equipment to prevent glass contamination in the event of accidental light tube shattering.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following areas: front service area left side on floor in corners around the swing door entrance gate, around storage cabinets, around / behind under counter coolers and back storage area on floor around - small grease trap adjacent to donut station, in corner around support pillar adjacent to walkin freezer, and behind piping underneath 3 compartment sinks.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
