401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsinks in kitchen and bar area did not have paper towels. This is a repeat violation. -Staff restocked both handsinks with roll of paper towels at time of inspection. -Ensure handsinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times for staff to properly and frequent wash hands. Follow-up inspection conducted. -Sanitizer solution is readily available - bleach spray bottle is labelled. Chlorine measured at greater than 200ppm using chemical test strip. *NOTE: Ensure sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces measures between 100-200ppm chlorine. This can be made using 1 tsp of bleach in 1 L of water. -Soap dispenser and cold knob for handsink in bar area has been repaired. -Back area has been organized and items are stored off the ground -Ventilation hood in kitchen area has been cleaned. -Cleaning completed under cooking unit. -Prep cooler repaired - no water leak observed. -New 2-door cooler installed in kitchen area. -No signature obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with staff on-site.
