- Staff on site advises she took Food Safe Refresher - keep certificates on site (Provided during inspection).
- Hand washing sink has liquid soap & paper towels.
- Reviewed chicken cooking procedures (to 74 C).
- Sanitizer in spray bottle is at 200ppm - good.
- Sanitizer is used on counter and other food contact surfaces.
- Dishwasher had a hot water sanitizing rinse (reaching 100C at gauge and >71 C inside).
- Cupboard doors have been sealed - ok.
- Continue to keep temperature records and follow your cleaning schedule.
