Observation: * Rodent droppings seen in back storage room and behind some display case areas in store; operator mentioned they have switched pest control companies as their previous pest control company was not controlling pest issues
Corrective Action(s): * Thoroughly CLEAN & SANITIZE all floors/displays/shelving through out store and back storage areas; ensure that pest controls are active and removing pest problems; if needed have pest control services check daily

Observation: * It was noted that there are a lot of areas that require pest control measures including cleaning and weather stripping and any other form of pest control to reduce harbourage
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all measures taken including cleaning, etc., to reduce pest harbourage; weather stripping under doorways from outside areas, etc., and drain screens installed where drains open for pest entrance, etc.

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found around bases of displays and shelving areas in customer area and back storage; staff to remove all build up of debris/grime and sanitize through out facility
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas free of debris/grime and clean/sanitize all areas properly; currently dealing with rodent issues on site

* Staff to thoroughly clean/sanitize all areas including displays and floors/shelving, etc. through out facility and maintain to reduce pest harbourage
