- Raw eggs stored on the middle shelf in upright storage cooler
- Ice scoop left in the ice machine

- Raw eggs must be stored on the bottom shelf inside cooler
- Store ice scoop outside the ice machine to protect from contamination

- All other handwashing stations stocked with cold and hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (walk in, undercounter, upright) are less than 4C.
- Walk-in freezer is -17C
- Most food items are stored in plastic insert containers with lids.
- Hot holding units were not in use. Ensure that all hot holding units greater than 60C.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles and in labeled bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 200 ppm Quat solution.
- Dry storage area is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity.
