Observation: Back kitchen prep area handsink tilted - pooling water in sink compartment away from drain. Staining around the part of the sink with the pooling in the compartment.
Corrective Action(s): Review installation of sink and if sink can be adjusted to allow all water flow towards the centre drain. Do not allow pooling of water within the sink compartment.
Correction date: 1 week

Observation: Far left dump sink lower drain pipe separated from bottom of sink drain - water leaking out onto the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sinks are functioning properly and not leaking.

Observation: Back of house (BOH) sliding door cooler (Pepsi branded) unable to maintain contents <4 degrees C.
Package of roast beef 7 degrees C internal. ambient temperature 10 degrees C
All other products were non potentially hazardous

Also, far left dairy dispenser measured 10 degrees C.
Correction: Roast beef moved to working cooler. Do not use this cooler unit for storing potentially hazardous foods until it has been repaired.
