All outstanding issues have been corrected:
-A thermometer was available inside the kimchi cooler
-A probe thermometer was available on-site. Reminder: Ensure food is cooked to at least 165 degrees F internally and use 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (bleach water) to wipe the tip of the thermometer between use.
-Food was stored in food grade materials in the chest freezer and was not stored directly into grocery bags.
-A label was added to the cabinet for cleaning compounds to remind volunteers to store cleaning compounds in this designated cabinet.
