Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 container of BUSH brand coloring noted to be stored at the dry storage area. Manager confirmed that no food in the kitchen is made by the BUSH coloring. Manager immediately voluntarily discarded the container of the BUSH brand coloring. Do not use any BUSH brand coloring to make food as it is not fit for human consumption. Only purchase food coloring from approved source.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 Hand washing station near the dry storage area is lacked of paper towel. Staff immediately restocked paper towel at this hand washing station. Always ensure to have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel at all hand washing stations.

- QUATs sanitizer from the dispenser and spray bottle measured at 200 ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residual measured at 50 ppm at the plate surface
- 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- Ice machine is clean, scoop is stored outside of the ice machine
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Walk-in cooler temperature at 2C
- All coolers temperature measured at 4'C or below
- Bar display drink cooler ambient temperature at 6'C
- Hot holding units food internal temperature at 60C or above
- All freezer temperature measured at -18C or below
- Temperature log is well maintained
- Cleaning agents and chemicals stored separately.
- Raw meat is stored separately from the ready-to-eat food
- Food is stored above the ground
- Dry bulk food at the dry storage area noted to be sanitary condition
- Food in walk-in cooler are covered with food grade lid or saran wrap
