No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Food storage areas appeared clean at the time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared to be in a clean condition. Operator informed it is disassembled, washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried after each use.
Operator on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training (Safe Check Advanced Food Safety - Canadian Food Safety Group, expiration date: March 1, 2026).
Permit to operate was posted.
