Follow up inspection. One service cooler is repaired and holding food and contents at 4C and below. 2nd service cooler awaiting parts and is holding food and contents at 6C and below with additional ice baths. Contents in this unit are used up within 2 hours and ice and food is replenished frequently. Follow up required for pending repair and verification. Garlic oil is now stored in the fridge at 4C and below as per food safety plan. Other pending items and repairs to be inspected on follow up.
