Routine inspection conducted.

- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 2-compartment sink available for manual ware-washing, sink plug available
- Adequate supply of liquid bleach available for sanitizing contact surfaces
- QUAT sanitizer solution available in spray bottles throughout, concentration at least 200ppm -400ppm
- Food contact surfaces are cleaned then sanitized with QUAT solution at end of each shift
- All products stored at least 6" off the floor, food grade containers available for opened products
- No evidence of pests during time of inspection
- Operator has pest control program in place
- General sanitation of facility - good
