Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food items including:
- Banh Chung
- Banh Chung Dau Man
- Banh Tet Thit
- Banh Tet Chang
were stored outside of acceptable temperature range (temperatures exceeded 4 degrees Celsius and less than 60 degrees Celsius) for a time period of greater than 2 hours. All items were stored on table by cash registers.

This issue has been discussed with Management on prior occasion. It is the expectation of the Health Authority that Hen Long Market and all businesses contained within the Market will follow the BC FOOD PREMISES GUIDELINES to ensure PUBLIC SAFETY.

Reinspection as a result of inspection from yesterday.

1) Salted Duck eggs from JB Bistro will remain on hold until further notice. JB Bistro currently undergoing approval for operation. If facility is approved by Fraser Health Authority and no potential Health Hazard exists from eggs (due to preparation or sanitation of facility or transportation of items) then Correction Order may be rescinded. Until such time as Correction Order is rescinded the CORRECTION ORDER STANDS.

2) Food products from supplier Kim Long Vietnamese Sausage including:
- Banh Chung

3) Food products are made onsite at Hen Long market in the approved facility Tasty Sandwich including:
- Banh Chung Dau Man
- Banh Tet
- Banh Tet Chang
are deemed as potentially hazardous food items. Ingredients include cooked rice, Mung Beans and Cooked pork.

Supplier claims these items were made on Saturday February 2 (as discussed with owner's daughter on February 5th by Health Inspector for that facility). Hen Long Market stored items outside of acceptable storage temperatures for three days (temperatures exceeding 4 degrees Celsius and less than 60 degrees Celsius).

Items were placed on HOLD (Correction Order issued) on February 5th 2019.

Items are discarded today. Photographs taken.

DO NOT store any potentially hazardous food items (those food items capable of supporting pathogen growth) outside of acceptable temperature range (temperatures greater than 4 degrees Celsius and less than 60 degrees Celsius). This issue has been discussed with store Management prior to this inspection.

Discussed next year and possibility of obtaining a hot holding unit for food items. Ensure Health Department is contacted prior to next Lunar New Year Celebration.
