Routine inspection conducted:

Seafood department is CFIA inspected/registered.
Operation remains the same. No added or change of layout/operation.

-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-200ppm Quats available in a 3 compartment sink.
-Chemical storage room satisfactory. Logs maintained.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits.
-Good employee hygiene observed. Employees are required to dip shoes/gloves in 200ppm Quats prior to entering into the processing rooms.
-Processing rooms operating under 10'C.
-Back storage/receiving area satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good.
