Observation: Low temperature dishwasher not in working properly; detected 0ppm of residual chlorine after final rinse cycle at plate level. Previous inspection indicates violation occurred previously. Operator must ensure that all equipment are in good working condition for proper sanitization.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to wash, rinse and sanitize using two compartment sink next to the dishwasher until dishwasher is repair to good working order. Dishwasher must be repaired to ensure after final rinse cycle, 50 - 100 ppm of residual chlorine is detected at plate level
