Corrective Action(s): Low sanitizer concentration cannot effectively sanitize sufaces for safe food-handling. Please ensure Quats is dispensed at 200ppm. Operator is temporarily using bleach at 200ppm. Mix half a cap or a teaspoon of bleach per one litre of water. Violation Score: 25
