Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer dispenser observed to only dispense Quats at 50ppm.
-Quats spray bottle ovserved at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Low sanitizer concentration cannot effectively sanitize sufaces for safe food-handling. Please ensure Quats is dispensed at 200ppm. Operator is temporarily using bleach at 200ppm. Mix half a cap or a teaspoon of bleach per one litre of water.
