Routine Inspection: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius. Temperature logs maintained for cold holding units - checked twice daily. General food storage practices satisfactory. All food items covered and stored off the floor. Shelving in storage area is cleaned weekly. 3-compartment sink set up properly for manual warewashing. Bleach for manual warewashing = 100 ppm. General sanitation very good at the time of inspection. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Keep up the great work!
