Corrective Action(s): - All savory scones are held at room temperature and time tracked
- The two types were out for more than 6 hours and were discarded
- Monitor the time closely and remove from display and discard scones after 6 hours

- Walk-in cooler is less than 4C
- Freezer is measured at -16C
- Quats sanitizer at two compartment sink is measured at 200ppm quats concentration.
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Food Storage practices are satisfactory
