- Walk-in freezer at -22'C
- Sandwich cooler measured at 3'C (top and bottom)
- Beverage display cooler at 2'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer in pails (X4) with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- QUATs test strips available on sote
- Staff washroom observed in good sanitary condition
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals stored away from food
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Professional pest control company contracted to complete inspection. Reports available on site
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms with hair control
