Observation: Clutter and items scattered throughout facility as the kitchen was not in use for a while. Operator indicated that the whole kitchen is in the process of being cleaned prior to use on 28th.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize, organize and de-clutter the entire kitchen prior to the event on Mar 29th.

Observation: Observed the knob on sanitizer dispenser in the corner is broken, unable to switch to a proper sanitizer when needed.

Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
Walk-in cooler at 4 or lower; walk-in freezer at -18 C or lower
No hot holding units on at the time of inspection
Dry storage room is maintained in sanitary condition
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 71.4 C at plate level after final rinse cycle. Ensure to wait for wash temperature to rise to ~75 C for adequate sanitization prior to use.
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
