Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Sanitizer solution in the kitchen was measured at 0ppm. Solution was prepared two days ago
- Sanitizer solution not available at the front
- Cleaning cloths (dirty) stored on the counters
Corrective Action(s): - Fresh prepared solution measured at 200ppm chlorine
- Prepare fresh solution every day before the start of shift and change solution every 3-4 Hours
- Store all dirty, used cleaning cloths in the sanitizer bucket , maintianed at 100ppm bleach

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Soap dispenser was uninstalled at the handsink in the kitchen near cookline
- Second handsink is backing up
Corrective Action(s): - reinstall soap dispenser and ensure it is always available
- This is your second designated hand sink and you cannot take it apart
- Clean and unclog the drain pipe of second hand sink

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Four buckets of home made yogurt stored in the back storage area (in Bunge buckets). Operator claims that they purchase all yogurt from Nanak, receipts are not available. He denied the fact that the yogurt was made on site and claimed that he is unaware who brought it
Corrective Action(s): - Discarded all buckets of yogurt
- Immediately discontinue the practice of making yogurt on site
- Correction order issued. Non-complainance in future will lead to stricter enforcement

- Cover all food items in coolers
- Transfer contents of the metal can once opened to a food grade container
