Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Lactic acid sanitizer spray bottles at 272-700ppm/704-1875ppm DSBA/Lactic Acid. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73.9C final rinse temperature.
Prep cooler, undercounter cooler, bar coolers, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units not in use at time of inspection as inspection conducted during opening shift.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Exhaust hood and overall sanitation satisfactory.

Overall, facility is well organized.
