Observation: 1. Walk in cooler: bottom has food spills on the floor
2. Two back sliding door coolers: food debris built up in door track, food spills on bottom, and one cooler has dust built up on fan cover.
3. Kitchen floors: food spills and dirt build up around edges and under and around equipment.
4. Fans: all fans in kitchen has dust and dirt build up on covers.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all above mentioned areas. Correct within two weeks.

Observation: Back chest freezers: lids do not close properly and one has insulation in lid falling out.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Degreaser in spray bottle unlabelled.

-updated floor plan submitted
-fry cutter has been removed from wall
-caulking behind dishwashing sink has been removed and area cleaned
-dishwasher sanitizing at 100ppm chlorine
-bleach/water bucket at 200ppm chlorine
-coolers at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers
-food storage in walk in cooler good - meats stored on bottom and all food covered
-temperature logs in use
-freezers at -18C or less
