Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - In use wiping cloths kept in 200ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer solution. Ensure solution at frequency required to maintain concentration at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine - Edges of floor have been cleaned - Floor under shelving unit were in use fryers baskets are kept has been cleaned. Washable tray now present to in use fryer baskets on to minimize grease on floor. - Permit present in location that is visible to the public - Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection. Staff on duty has completed Foodsafe level 1. Additional staff member has registered for Foodsafe level 1 Pending issues to be addressed: - Grease and flour residue remains under deep fryers and on backsplash behind fryers. Staff reported Operator will be having this area professionally cleaned - provide confirmation to EHO once complete. - Repair of wall behind three compartment sink.
