A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- The whole premises is up and running now. Premises built as per approved plan.
- Cooler temperatures range between -2C to 2C; freezer temperatures -22C; and processing areas are 7C. Thermometers present and monitored electronically by a company.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer present. Solution not mixed up at time of inspection.
- All surfaces are durable, smooth, sealed, cleanable, and level.
- FSP and SP approved. HACCP program in place.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Monthly contract with Propec to monitor for pests. Catch-all-traps present for monitoring.
