Comments

The premise portions bulk food items such as oil, vinegar, vegan yogurt, etc.
The premise takes reusable containers and washes and sanitize using the dishwasher.

Inspector found "fresh ground nut butter machine" and in-store made peanut/cashew butter and chocolate peanut butter/cashew butter on retail shelves.
The operator was not able to provide related paperwork at the time of inspection.
The operator was instructed to remove the peanut butter from the shelves until appropriate food safety plan is found/met.

All handsinks were equipped with soap, paper towel, and cold/hot running water.
All coolers were measured at 4C or below.
All freezers were measured at -18C or below.
QUAT sanitizer was available and measured at 200ppm.
Hot water dishwasher was measured at 73.9C at the dish level.
2 compartment dishwashing sink is available.
