Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled bottle with fresh sanitizer at 200 ppm QUATS. As discussed, ensure to regularly change sanitizer inside bottle; use test strips to verify that concentration is at 200 ppm. Violation Score: 5

Routine inspection conducted: Handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water Coolers at 4 deg C or less; undercounter cooler (against the wall) was initially at 10 deg C but temperature came down to <4 deg C during inspection. Foods probed inside were at <4 deg C. As discussed, ensure to continually monitor your coolers and adjust them if needed. Do not leave cooler door open for prolonged periods of time. No hot holding at time of inspection General sanitation good; no signs of pests at time of inspection
