- Operator and dishwasher technician were onsite at time of inspection, and able to demonstrate that the dishwasher was working without needing to be manually filled. OK - if low water pressure is an issue again in the future, contact a professional plumber for servicing. - All food stored properly covered and protected from contamination. - Dry storage area and high-touch surfaces were noted to be clean at time of inspection. - Updated food safety plan for lunch buffet service received today. Health inspector to review. Remaining violations from inspection conducted on April 21, 2023 to be corrected: - Equipment along cook line still needs to be pulled out for all old food debris and grease to be properly removed/cleaned. - Updated floor plan drawings for the addition of the walk-in freezer and the buffet service area to be submitted to Fraser Health.
