Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer solution in the cloth bucket was 50ppm Quats; the sanitizer solution under the coffee grinder was at 50ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): As per manager, store no longer uses a timer as a reminder to refresh the sanitizer solution. The sanitizer solution is supposed to be checked regularly and changed as needed. During the last inspection as well as this one, the levels were not adequate. If this continues, you'll need to come up with a better system for reminding staff to change the solution i.e. use of timer or time stamps,etc.

General Comments:
All coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Dishwasher rinse temperature is at 75 degC
Temperature log's being maintained
Hand wash sink's fully equipped
Public washrooms are fully equipped
Water filters were last changed in October, 2022. They're due to be changed again on Feb. 13, 2023. (Every 4-6 months).
Manager on duty has FS Level 1 equivalent certification
In-use utensils are washed/replaced every 4 hours. A timer is used for this purpose.
Staff are expected to wash hands every 30 minutes when the timer goes off.
200ppm Quats is being used for sanitizing. Solution is changed as needed throughout the day. ENSURE SOLUTION'S TESTED FREQUENTLY TO ENSURE A STRENGTH OF 200PPM.
Abell pest control is on contract. The last two service reports were reviewed. No concerns noted.
