-Inspection conducted at request of operator due to 2 anonymous complaints received (by restaurant) alleging foodborne illness.
-Conducted routine inspection of restaurant:
- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
- Hot-holding temperatures are ≥60o Celsius
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at adequate concentration
- General sanitation of food premises is satisfactory
- No pest activity observed during inspection
* Discussed cramped workspace in the kitchen (near the 3-compartment sink). Operator indicates that they are aware of the issue and are already working to rectify it.
* Discussed over-filling of fridge and freezer units (pose a risk for foods to fall out onto the floor). Please ensure not to over-fill the coolers and freezers.
