Comments

Follow-up to code 301: Corrected. All of the areas noted were cleaned. Operator indicated that the exhaust canopy was cleaned and will be serviced again in April 2019. Operator indicated that he will be adding a new surface to the shelving units below the front counter that is smooth, easily cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

Follow-up to code 304: Corrected. All areas noted were cleaned. Majority of the items in the storage room were stored at least 6" above the floor. Operator indicated that more shelvings will be added to store the rest of the items off the floor as well. Invoices were available for review from a pest control company. Last service done in January 1, 2019. Report indicated that one mouse was caught in the main kitchen and another in the corridor between the main kitchen and exterior door. Increase the frequency from of pest control service from once a month to once a week. Ensure that cleaning is done according to your sanitation plan.
