- Back door sweep has been re-installed such that a proper seal is provided. Please continue to monitor this door sweep and replace if/when necessary. - Onions and potatoes are now stored in proper pest-proof containers. Reminder to check that all food storage bins are securely closed at the end of each day. - Pest control technician will be visiting this week. Operator has also contracted a second pest control company for the following week. Pest control servicing to be provided once a week until pest issues have been resolved (mice and fruit flies). - Please continue with deep-cleaning efforts at the end of each day. Cleaning and sanitizing must be done in all areas at the end of each day to remove any potential food/moisture source for pests.
