- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations (kitchen, four servery stations) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher (kitchen) achieved 77C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Undercounter high temperature dishwashers (inside each servery, four in total) = 70-75C
- Surface sanitizer available in properly labeled spray bottles at each kitchen, stations.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Pest control summary reports (latest three) available and reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted. Please post a valid decal on the Operating Permit.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- Walk in cooler = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot holding units were all turned off at the time of the inspection. Daily temperature log indicates the hot holding units > 60C.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
