A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CC6VVC and the following observations were made: - Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner in the front ice bin area - Ice machine observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner in the back kitchen - Ecolabs provided service to maintenance one of the chemical leaking from container. - Blue chemical build up no longer observed on premise - Kitchen observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Stand up cooler fan guard and air intake observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Stand up cooler equipped with working thermometer - All violations addressed
