Comments

Paper towel dispenser has been installed for hand sink at the bar.
Commercial deep fryer has been installed and in use.
Covers for the top of the preparation cooler (to cover the inserts) are in use.
Manager states the coca cola cooler and sofa will be removed later today. Coca cola cooler will be replaced with a smaller cooler and placed at the same location (at the end of the preparation cooler).

Corrective actions that still require attention:
Droppings in bar area still need to be cleaned up. After the sofa has been removed, thoroughly clean the storage room to remove all mouse droppings. Do not use make-shift mouse traps. Premises shall be serviced by a licensed pest control company for a minimum 3-month, monthly servicing for the control of rodents (using mechanical traps and/or glue traps only). Provide a copy of the signed service contract with the licensed pest control company to the undersigned for review by Monday, July 30, 2018.
Preparation cooler has not been serviced/repaired yet, but it is not being used to store potentially hazardous foods. Preparation cooler shall be serviced/repaired to ensure it is capable of storing foods at 4 degrees Celsius.
The two domestic table top deep fryers shall be removed from the premises by Monday, July 30, 2018.

Follow-up inspection on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
