Observation: The inside of the ice machine has scum build-up around the piping system. This is a recurring issue. The ice machine must be cleaned regularly.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all the ice. Thoroughly clean/sanitize the inside of the ice bin.

General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC; yogurt in ice is at 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Hand sink and washroom sink are fully equipped.
Temperature log is being maintained.
200ppm Quats is available in the 3rd compartment of the 3-compartment sink for dishwashing purposes; sanitizer bucket had 200ppm Quats in it.
Dipper well was turned on
Staff on duty had FS Level 1 certification (Expiry April 8, 2028)
The leak under the 3-compartment sink has been fixed. The glue debris has been removed.
