Corrected items:
The dishwasher was replaced with another high temperature dishwasher. The specifications for the dishwasher were sent to Fraser Health and it is NSF approved. It had a rinse temperature of 77 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is checked daily.
Cardboard was not used to line shelves during the inspection.
All hand sinks were clear and available for use.
Discussed using a bleach solution only for sanitizing and not mixing it with soap.
The laundry machine was moved to the vacant unit for now.
