General sanitation is good. High temperature dishwasher reached 71 degrees C on plate surface. Equipment that can not be cleaned in the dishwasher must be taken apart and cleaned and sanitized in the 3 compartment sink. The cooler temperatures were 4 degrees C or less. No signs of pests - pest control plan is in place. The staff washrooms are clean. Hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels.
